We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated Immigration Virtual Assistants to join our team! Requirements Minimum requirements: At least 2 years of virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, immigration documents processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone. Exceptional English communication skills Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps Industry experiences: Immigration, Legal, Local or International Government, etc. Home office setup requirements: Dedicated workstation/ workspace. Noise-canceling headset 50Mbps minimum internet speed PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher. Benefits Why join Scale-X Solutions?
