Join us in transforming the life sciences industry! As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial implementation projects of Vault CRM and connected products. You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, designing and building solutions that meet our customers' needs. Meaningful Industry Impact: know your work makes a difference, by helping life sciences companies operate more efficiently and effectively The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, Milan, Budapest), but other EU locations will be considered. What You'll Do I mplement Veeva Solutions : Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager: you’ll take different roles on different projects) Configure and Customize : Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needs Lead Client Engagements : Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final delivery Provide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs Requirements Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or CRM Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships Strong presentation skills Able to travel approximately 20% Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have Experience working on projects with a global scope or with international teams Salesforce.com certification and implementation experiences Veeva certification and implementation experiences Experience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc) Additional European language ( French, German, Spanish, or Italian) Experience working with the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or an adjacent industry Interviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
