Implementation Coordinator

Tech Pipeline helps companies fix the broken middle of their business processes by focusing on the ground truth of their operations. We are currently helping an Abu Dhabi investment firm expand its reach by identifying and repairing the technical friction in their reporting and trade routing systems. We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to help us ensure these new systems are set up correctly and handed over to the client with total clarity.

About the role
In this role, you will be the person who makes sure the technical fixes we design actually work in practice. When we move an investment firm from manual spreadsheets to automated routing rules, there is often a period where data can drift or get stuck in the middle. You will spend your time watching these new pipelines, reading logs, and documenting the specific configuration steps required to keep the system healthy. This is a fully remote position that requires a high degree of organization and a practical approach to problem-solving. You will not be building high-level frameworks or slide decks: you will be in the system ensuring that every record moves from point A to point B without error.

What you will be doing

• Reviewing daily system logs to identify where data records are failing to sync between the investment platform and the accounting software.
• Updating standard operating procedures to reflect new routing rules and integration steps as we implement them.
• Performing manual data reconciliations during the first month of a new system's operation to verify that the automated logic is accurate.
• Testing specific integration triggers in a staging environment to ensure they handle edge cases before they go live.
• Documenting the exact configuration of every tool we implement so the client's internal team can manage it independently.
• Communicating with the client's operations team to gather feedback on where they are still experiencing friction in their daily tasks.
• Tracking the status of technical tickets and ensuring that every small fix is verified and closed out on schedule.
• Organizing the project backlog to ensure the most critical operational gaps are being addressed first.

What we need from you

• A direct and clear communication style: you can explain a technical problem without using fluff or jargon.
• Extreme attention to detail: you are the kind of person who notices a missing decimal point or a mislabeled field in a massive dataset.
• Basic familiarity with how data moves between web applications, such as an understanding of CSV exports or simple database structures.
• Competency in using spreadsheets to organize information and perform basic calculations.
• The ability to follow complex instructions exactly as written while also noticing when a process seems inefficient.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage your own schedule in a fully remote environment.
• A curiosity about how business systems work and a desire to learn the technical side of investment operations.

Helpful background

• Previous experience in a junior administrative or operations role where you managed digital records.
• Exposure to basic financial concepts or investment terminology through your studies or previous internships.
• Familiarity with task management tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion to keep work organized.
• Experience writing guides or instructions for others to follow.
