About the role
Arabian Private Holdings is currently supporting a leading regional investment firm in Dubai as they refine their portfolio operations. This role exists to ensure that the advice we provide translates into concrete action and that every stage of the mandate is tracked with precision. We need an individual who can manage the logistical flow of information between our principals and the client leadership while maintaining absolute clarity on project status.

What You Will Do

• Maintain the project timelines for our mandate with the investment firm in Dubai to ensure all milestones are met.
• Coordinate schedules and document requirements between internal partners and client stakeholders.
• Research specific market trends or regulatory changes that affect the client portfolio and summarize findings.
• Draft concise summaries of meetings to ensure every action item is captured and understood.
• Organize the firm internal documentation to keep project files accessible and orderly for all team members.
• Monitor the progress of operating model changes to ensure they align with the agreed strategy.
• Provide administrative support to the principals during sensitive governance reviews and board preparations.
• Assist in the preparation of reporting materials by verifying data points and ensuring consistent formatting.
