Implementation Lead (Financials, ARM and Multi-Book) Work Arrangement and Shift: Fully Remote / EST Role Summary: We are seeking a NetSuite Implementation Lead with strong functional expertise in NetSuite Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Multi-Book Accounting to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across the NOAM region. This role requires a balance of hands-on NetSuite configuration, client-facing consulting, and leadership capability to guide customers through complex financial transformation initiatives using the SuiteSuccess methodology. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their financial operations, streamline revenue recognition processes, ensure multi-entity and multi-book accounting compliance, and successfully adopt NetSuite best practices. What You'll Do: Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery through go-live Apply the SuiteSuccess methodology across all phases of implementation Facilitate business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design workshops Translate client financial and accounting requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions Lead implementations focused on Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Multi-Book Accounting Advise stakeholders on financial best practices, accounting processes, and revenue recognition compliance Configure NetSuite Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, ARM, and Multi-Book Accounting Support implementations involving multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global financial operations Identify process improvements and recommend best-practice financial solutions Coordinate data migration, financial validation, QA testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and data conversion activities Serve as the primary functional advisor for finance and accounting stakeholders Lead client workshops, end-user training, and change management activities Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and timelines to internal and client stakeholders Build trusted client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle Support post-go-live optimization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Document solution designs, configurations, business processes, and implementation best practices Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and implementation standards What You'll Need: 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience with a strong focus on Financials Hands-on experience implementing Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Multi-Book Accounting Strong understanding of core NetSuite Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting Proven experience leading full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global accounting environments Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting best practices Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions Experience configuring NetSuite workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards Excellent client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills About Atticus: Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is a specialized remote staffing and IT offshoring firm based in the Philippines, providing vetted, high-quality Filipino talent to global tech startups, SMEs, and consulting firms, focusing heavily on niche areas like ERP (NetSuite), Accounting and Finance and IT, offering integrated recruiting, upskilling, and HR support to ensure high retention and reliable offshore teams.
