Senior SAP FICO Consultant | Lead End-to-End Implementations

About the Role As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will take ownership of implementing SAP solutions, from analyzing business requirements to configuring systems and supporting clients post go-live. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What will you do? Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions Identify system gaps and propose functional designs Configure SAP modules and develop test scenarios Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation Support clients during go-live and post-implementation (hypercare) Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients Provide pre-sales support and contribute to solution design Mentor junior consultants and lead training sessions Assist in developing SAP-related training materials and academy courses Identify opportunities for additional consulting services
