- Facilitate critical project decisions, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support multiple client engagements and collaborate across Cutter's consulting practices as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
Required
- 15+ years of experience in investment management technology, consulting, or transformation, including significant project/program management experience.
- Proven experience leading complex investment management system implementations for asset managers, asset owners, or institutional investment organizations.

- Strong program governance, project planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic guidance while remaining actively involved in delivery.
Preferred
- Experience implementing or overseeing platforms such as Charles River, Eagle, Clearwater, Aladdin, SimCorp, or comparable investment management systems.
- Prior consulting experience supporting institutional investment management clients.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide technology modernization or platform transformation initiatives.
