Implementation is where our customers' trust is won or lost. From understanding payroll requirements and migrating employee data to configuring the system and delivering a successful first payroll, our Implementation Project Managers play a critical role in getting customers live.

We're improving how we deliver implementations: reducing manual work, introducing smarter automation, and building more consistent, scalable processes.

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to help us achieve this.

The role

You'll own customer implementations end to end, from kickoff through to go-live, first payroll and handover.

You'll manage multiple projects independently, lead customer relationships, coordinate technical and operational requirements, and ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently and looks for opportunities to improve how work gets done.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live and handover.
• Independently manage multiple customer implementation projects, including timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communicating progress.
• Work with complex employee and payroll datasets, including data mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Use scripting, automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve implementation efficiency.
• Manage project scope, change requests and delivery costs, identifying risks and escalating issues early.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Client Success and Support teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure sensitive customer and employee information is handled securely.
• Contribute to improving implementation processes, templates, documentation and playbooks.

What we're looking for

Essential requirements

• 3+ years of experience independently managing B2B software implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Experience implementing HR, payroll, ERP or finance software.
• Strong hands-on Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript or SQL, with practical experience automating repetitive tasks.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve your work.
• Experience managing projects using structured project management tools such as Wrike, Jira or Asana.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities, resolve problems and escalate risks appropriately.
• Experience handling sensitive employee or financial information.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GCC payroll processes and labour regulations, particularly UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP or payroll system integrations.
• Experience delivering customer training.
• Project management certifications.
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar data protection standards.
• Arabic language skills.
