RecoTek is Reconomy’s new centralized technology hub located in Bucharest, Romania, officially launched in February 2024. Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers. About the role As an Implementation Specialist , you will play a key role in delivering successful client implementations from start to finish. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, effective product adoption, and high-quality solutions that meet client needs. This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, technical configuration, and problem-solving , giving you the opportunity to work across Product, Sales, and Client Management teams. You will take ownership of implementation timelines and deliverables, support solution configuration and integrations, manage client requirements and change requests, and ensure each solution is fully validated and ready for go-live. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing client feedback, documenting learnings, supporting knowledge transfer, and helping the team improve how implementations are delivered. If you enjoy working directly with clients, translating technical requirements into practical solutions, and taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. What we need from you 3+ years of experience managing client implementations, ideally within a SaaS or product-led environment . Strong understanding of solution configuration, integrations, and client onboarding . Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and client-facing skills , with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving implementation challenges. Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, and Client Management . Good understanding of documentation and quality assurance practices . A client-centric mindset , with a strong sense of ownership and focus on delivering successful outcomes.
