About WodBoard

WodBoard is an all-in-one gym management platform used by functional fitness gyms across the UK and internationally. We help gym owners run and grow their businesses through member management, websites, CRM, marketing, programming and more.

We're growing quickly and are looking for someone who enjoys variety, loves solving problems and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

About the Role

There's three main areas of responsability in this role: helping customers migrate to our platform, building websites for our customers (no coding required) and handling marketing/creative operations. We're looking for someone who is organised, personable and operates with a high level of detail orientation. You'll enjoy working directly with customers, keeping multiple projects on track, and ensuring every migration, website and marketing project is delivered to a high standard.

Customer Migrations:

• Coordinate and manage new customer migrations to WodBoard.
• Work directly with gym owners to gather the information needed for a smooth transition to our platform.
• Perform migrations using our internal tooling and spreadsheets
• Keep customers informed throughout every stage of their migration.

Website Builds:

• Work directly with customers to collect content, images and branding.
• Build and customise customer websites using our drag-and-drop website builder.
• Ensure websites are visually appealing and accurate
• Liaise with customers throughout the build process to ensure a smooth experience

Marketing & Creative Operations:

• Keep in regular contact with gym owners to ensure we have the assets needed by due dates
• Coordinate the creation of creative assets
• Keep track of a large number of moving projects
• Liaise with the technical team internally on product improvements/customer feedback
• Create internal documentation and processes

As a fully remote member of the team, you'll be trusted to manage your own workload, communicate effectively and take ownership of your projects from start to finish.

About You

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have 2–5 years' experience in an operations, implementation, customer success, project coordination or a similar role.
• Are highly organised and enjoy keeping lots of moving parts under control.
• Are personable, approachable and enjoy building relationships with customers.
• Enjoy learning new software and technology.
• Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting the little things right.
• Can manage multiple projects at the same time without letting anything slip through the cracks.
• Can manage your own workload without needing constant direction.
• Thrive in a remote working environment.

Bonus Points

It would be great (but isn't essential) if you have experience with:

• Website builders such as Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or similar.
• SaaS software.
• Marketing or creative project management.
• Functional fitness, CrossFit or the fitness industry.
