Role Description The Import Operations and Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing import logistics and driving sales growth for Aakash Industries. This is a hybrid position based in Quận 3, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating import documentation, liaising with suppliers and freight partners, monitoring shipments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and tracking sales performance. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize inventory levels, improve operational processes, and support strategic planning for both import and sales activities.
Qualifications

• Experience in import operations, including documentation handling, shipment tracking, and coordination with logistics providers.
• Proven skills in sales management, customer relationship building, and negotiation with domestic and international clients.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple shipments, contracts, and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and basic international trade terms (Incoterms, payment methods).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with on-site and remote team members and stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in agribusiness, rice milling, food commodities, or related sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets, ERP systems, and standard office software to manage operations and reporting.
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
