Position: IMS SBC Integrator Engineer (Telecommunications);

Location: Remote (EU-based residence is mandatory).

Compensation:

• €2,100 gross/month | 14 payments per year.

About this role: Join a telecommunications project as an IMS SBC Integrator Engineer, responsible for the deployment, integration, testing, migration, software upgrades and operational support of Session Border Controller (SBC) platforms within IMS networks in customer environments.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver IMS technical solutions according to the defined LLD, including instantiation templates and MOP generation/validation from LLD and data fill sheets;
• Onboard, deploy, integrate and configure SBC platforms as per the defined LLD;
• Execute System and Functional ATP test cases and document the related artifacts;
• Support the migration of IMS services and feature activation testing;
• Prepare MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades, perform lab testing, prepare golden MOPs and execute SBC software upgrades;
• Provide 4-eye support and post-upgrade support, working closely with Care/4LS teams during emergencies;
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration and ATP issues, opening trouble tickets via internal Jira and Salesforce, and following up with Care and customer teams;
• Support the delivery-to-Care handover process, deliver KT sessions and capture lessons learned.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience;
• Strong expertise in SBC (Session Border Controller) solutions within IMS networks;
• Hands-on experience in SBC deployment, integration and configuration based on LLD;
• Experience with ATP test execution, MOP preparation and SBC software upgrades;
• Strong troubleshooting skills in IMS/SBC environments;
• English B2+ (spoken and written);
• Residence in the European Union.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with IMS service migration projects;
• Experience with ticketing and project tools such as Jira and Salesforce;
• Experience supporting Care handover processes and L2 support;
• SBC certifications.
