Join over 3 million users that trust Benchmark Gensuite® with their software system needs and benefit from rapid deployment and adoption, immediate return on investment (ROI), service excellence, and collaborative innovation Key Responsibilities • Maintain books of accounts and manage customer invoicing data. • Ensure timely and accurate billing as per project or client requirements. • Update and track POs and SOWs for ongoing projects. • Handle accounts receivable : follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports. • Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. • Coordinate with delivery, sales, and finance teams for billing-related queries. • Apply GST and TDS during invoicing and reporting. • Prepare periodic financial and AR reports with proper documentation. Skills and Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, billing, or AR management roles. • B.Com graduate with sound knowledge of accounting principles. • Familiar with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools. • Experience in a software product or IT services setup. • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
