We’re seeking dedicated and highly independent Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in autonomous environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients. What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors. Must be at least 21 years of age Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license Must maintain personal auto insurance ich meets the following standards: Bodily Injury Liability - $100,000 per person / $250,000 per accident - Must cover injuries to third parties Property Damage Liability - $100,000 per accident - Must cover damage to others' property Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist - Per state minimums A Motor Vehicle Record check will be conducted on all candidates prior to a final offer of employment being extended. Candidates must provide written authorization for the MVR check as part of the hiring process. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory MVR result.
