In-Home Sales Representative
Roofing, Windows & Home Improvements | Pittsburgh, PA
Build a Career Where Your Effort Determines Your Success
Imagine starting your workday knowing your appointments are already scheduled with homeowners who contacted us because they're interested in improving their homes. No spending hours cold calling or knocking on doors hoping to find someone interested. At The Third Estimate, we invest heavily in marketing to bring those opportunities directly to our sales team.
Since 1996, we've helped homeowners make smart decisions about their homes by providing quality products, professional installation, and exceptional customer service. Now, as we expand into the Pittsburgh market, we're looking for motivated individuals who want more than just another sales job. We're looking for people who want to build a successful career.
We believe successful salespeople aren't simply born with talent. They're developed through training, coaching, experience, and opportunity. That's why we invest in our representatives from day one, starting with 60 days of paid training that isn't a draw against future commissions. You'll learn our products, understand our proven sales process, and develop the confidence to succeed.
Once you're in the field, we'll continue providing the appointments, tools, and support you need to be successful. Your responsibility is to listen to homeowners, understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and earn their business.
And when you succeed, we believe you should be rewarded. With uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement, your earning potential is driven by your performance rather than an arbitrary ceiling.
What Could You Earn?
We believe in showing candidates what's possible based on actual results, not unrealistic promises. Our sales representatives have achieved the following annual earnings at different experience levels:
Experience Level| Annual Earnings
New to sales no prior experience| $68,000–$117,000
Sales representatives with 2–4 years of experience| $117,000–$172,000
Experienced representatives with 5+ years| $172,000–$250,000
These figures represent historical earnings, not guaranteed compensation. Your income depends on your individual performance, and commissions are uncapped.
