Responsibilities:

Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to address plumbing issues

Generate and close pre-qualified leads within a local area

Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service

Achieve high sales close ratios and meet sales targets

Drive locally, schedule appointments, and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications:

Proven in-home sales experience preferred, plumbing experience is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient with technology and software

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally

Strong desire to succeed and self-motivation

Ability to stand and walk long hours

This role is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped earnings, earning potential of $125k-$250k+ for top performers, with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified leads, steady weekly pay, and growth opportunities.
