This is a full-time hybrid role for an In-House Law Associate based in Lahore, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, providing sound legal advice on a variety of issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the In-House Law Associate will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address legal inquiries and provide solutions tailored to organizational needs. Strong analytical skills and effective communication will be essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Law and the ability to address diverse legal issues
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and drafting agreements
- Strong Analytical Skills for thorough legal research and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with corporate, business, and intellectual property law is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor; additional certifications will be advantageous
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid working environment
