Responsibilities: Review, structure, and approve standard and non‑standard SaaS deals for pricing, policy, and revenue compliance Support Sales across the deal lifecycle, including proposal development, solution reviews, and deal approvals Develop strong knowledge of Benchmark solutions and collaborate on RFP/RFI responses across internal teams Create and manage quotes, cost estimations, proposals, renewals, and amendments using Salesforce, CPQ, and internal tools Manage user access provisioning and support operational enablement for Benchmark solutions Drive process optimization initiatives by working on Benchmark tools, systems, and deal workflows Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pre-sales, RFP/RFI, Commercial Operations within a B2B SaaS / technology company Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models, pricing, and commercial deal structures Hands‑on experience with Hubspot, & Gong or similar tools Experience in content and proposal writing (desired) Working knowledge of revenue recognition concepts and commercial compliance Good knowledge of MS Office tools Ability to think outside the box and creative modeling of proposals Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Excellent oral and good communication skills
