Inbound-Outbound English/Spanish Speaking Caller

Job Overview:

We're looking for confident and energetic bilingual callers fluent in English and Spanish to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage existing clients, promote discounts, and turn conversations into sales opportunities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
  

• Promote and sell discounts to existing customers.
  

• Handle objections and confidently close sales.
  

• Maintain engaging and professional phone conversations.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
  

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
  

• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive over the phone.
  

• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  

• Previous phone sales experience is preferred.
  

• Experience in internet or cable services is a HUGE plus!
