We are seeking a high-energy, financially motivated Inbound Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist in South Africa. Unlike traditional rigid customer support roles, this position requires a proactive sales mindset. You will manage high-volume inbound leads coming through our app, SMS, email, and phone channels—guiding prospective drivers through verification, helping them complete their app profile, and converting their interest into an immediate paid vehicle reservation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly engage high-intent inbound leads reaching out via app chat, SMS, email, and phone inquiries to convert interest into active vehicle reservations.
• App Onboarding & Verification: Walk customers step-by-step through our digital registration and document verification process, proactively resolving friction points so they can get into a car quickly.
• Proactive Follow-Up: Drive high-touch daily outreach to leads who downloaded the app or started registration but haven't completed a reservation, converting "abandoned" profile setups into active bookings.
• Financial & Goal Drive: Maintain a sense of urgency on every interaction to maximize daily completed reservations and hit your daily/weekly commission targets.
• Customer Support Excellence: Provide warm, empathetic, and clear customer service while keeping a sharp focus on closing the reservation.
  
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Background: 2+ years in B2C sales, inbound customer service with conversion targets, intake coordination, appointment setting, or high-volume customer onboarding.
• Financial Motivation: Self-driven, resilient, and eager to earn weekly commission bonuses on top of a competitive base salary.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a friendly, persuasive tone across phone, email, and SMS.
• Technical Agility: Quick learner with mobile apps, CRM systems, web dashboards, and multi-channel messaging platforms.
