Intake & Onboarding Specialist

Position: Intake & Onboarding Specialist Location: Remote (South Africa, working US Hours – 9 AM to 5 PM EST) Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Intake & Onboarding Specialist with a strong background in client intake, sales, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, following up on website-generated leads, gathering client information, and guiding new clients through the onboarding process. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently. Follow up with leads generated through the company website and other marketing channels. Qualify potential clients and gather all necessary intake information. Build rapport with prospective clients and effectively communicate company services. Guide new clients through the onboarding process from initial contact to enrollment. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all documentation is completed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions and engagement. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake and onboarding journey. Proven experience in senior-level intake, onboarding, or customer-facing roles. Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills. Experience handling inbound leads and converting inquiries into clients. Ability to build trust and establish strong client relationships. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple leads and onboarding processes simultaneously. Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
