Everything else, we teach you. No experience needed. The script, the CRM, the dialer, how to book. All of it.

All you need is a good place to work: a quiet room, a decent computer and headset, fast internet with a backup, and backup power.

Capital Stack is a two-person US startup that has tripled every year. We run on AI and automation, with 95% margins. We hire for the long term. Whoever joins now grows into bigger roles and bigger pay as we grow.

The job

Call investors within 30 seconds of them opting in, book them a meeting with our client, and follow up with anyone who doesn't pick up.

Pay

- $800 to $1,500+ USD per month base, plus $1 to $3 for every appointment that shows. No cap.

- $1,300 to $3,000 USD per month once you are ramped, with raises at formal reviews.

Schedule

Monday to Saturday, fully remote. Morning 7am–3pm or evening 11am–7pm US Central.
