About Coseek
Coseek is a cold-call agency. We book sales meetings for B2B software companies that sell to mid-market and enterprise buyers. We don't do mass email, LinkedIn spam or ghost SDRs. We have real phone conversations with business owners, executives and operators, every day.
We're hiring 3 to 5 SDRs in South Africa.
The role
You run cold calling campaigns for different clients, industries and buyers. Each campaign comes with its own script and research, and the job is the same on every one. Get a stranger talking, run clean discovery, tie what you hear back into the pitch, handle the objection and book the meeting.
A typical day:
- About 200 dials on our power dialer, so you're never waiting between calls
- 10 to 20 live conversations
- A review of your calls from the day before
- Coaching with your manager, specific to each campaign
You don't source leads, clean CRMs or write sequences. You make calls, and you spend the rest of your time getting better at them.
Pay
Good base, plus commission for every qualified meeting you book. $2,500+ USD a month OTE.
Hours
Full-time, remote, 3pm to 11pm South Africa time, Monday to Friday. That's 4pm to midnight from November to mid-March, when the US changes its clocks.
What we look for
The main thing is that you love the phone. You'd rather spend the day on back-to-back calls than on email or LinkedIn. "No thanks" doesn't rattle you. You just dial the next number.
You'll also need:
- 2+ years of outbound cold calling into the US, UK or Australia. Inbound and customer service don't count.
- To sound like a real person on the phone, not someone reading a script.
- To want to get better. You'll listen back to your own calls and find things to fix.
- A setup that holds up: fibre or strong fixed wireless, backup power that lasts through load shedding, a decent computer and a proper headset.
- To be able to start within 2 weeks.
