In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 500 organizations in the past 7 years.

Inbound Sales Specialist (Client Expansion Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to strengthen client retention and drive revenue growth.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals.
• Manage client inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant services, including preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms.
• Achieve sales targets for client expansion and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and management systems is a plus.
