Establish, evaluate, and document material tax return positions in coordination with tax counsel and other subject-matter experts
Present significant compliance matters, risks, recommendations, and decisions to tax leadership and key stakeholders
Oversee domestic and international tax filings and related compliance deliverables, including scope, resources, timelines, and issue resolution
Establish and monitor processes for the collection, validation, and reconciliation of data required for tax returns, extensions, estimated payments, and other filings
Provide final-level review of complex tax calculations, workpapers, and filings for accuracy, completeness, consistency, compliance with applicable tax laws, and adherence to internal controls
Sponsor and lead tax compliance transformation initiatives using tax technology, Microsoft applications, and AI-enabled tools, including adoption, governance, and sustainable process improvements
Serve as a senior tax partner to Accounting, Finance, Legal, business units, and external advisers to resolve complex tax issues, support accurate reporting, and align tax requirements with business objectives
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree
