Company Description

EPA4Health is an end-point assessment organization focused on supporting apprentices through the final stages of their qualification journey. The company follows a streamlined, seven-step process that guides apprentices from Gateway to final results in a clear and structured way. This approach is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in assessment. EPA4Health works closely with training providers and employers to uphold quality standards and promote successful apprenticeship outcomes across the health and care sectors.

Role Description

The Independent Apprenticeship Assessor role is a hybrid position based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site visits and work from home. In this role, the assessor independently evaluates apprentices’ knowledge, skills, and behaviors against defined standards using a variety of assessment methods, such as professional discussions, written work, and observation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing evidence portfolios, conducting structured assessments, documenting outcomes, and preparing clear, objective reports. The assessor also provides accurate feedback in line with EPA4Health’s policies, adheres to regulatory and quality assurance requirements, and participates in standardisation activities to maintain consistent assessment practices. This position involves collaboration with internal quality teams and effective time management to meet assessment deadlines and service-level expectations. The role is fixed term for 12 months.
