There is no salary and no fixed monthly payment. What you get is infrastructure
and visibility, at no cost, for as long as you use it.
The referral layer is genuinely optional: if you later choose to recommend
Vitena to colleagues, you receive 40% of the monthly subscription of anyone who
joins through you, for as long as they stay. Most people on the program never
touch it, and nothing about your account depends on it.
