What you'll do
- You'll serve as the Nominee Director for assigned client entities in accordance with engagement requirements.
- You'll fulfill all Nominee Director responsibilities while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements, including the Singapore Companies Act.
- You'll oversee corporate governance matters and maintain high standards of regulatory and fiduciary compliance.
- You'll identify and communicate potential business growth opportunities to management while carrying out client engagements.
- You'll perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to support business and client needs.

About you
- You have experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to regulated financial environments preferred.
- You possess a strong understanding of organizations operating within the investment, portfolio management, and asset management sectors.
- You have knowledge of industry practices, governance requirements, and business structures relevant to financial services firms.
- You bring prior experience serving in a similar appointment or corporate governance role, which would be highly advantageous.
- You demonstrate the professionalism, judgment, and stakeholder management skills required to effectively fulfill nominee directorship responsibilities.
