Equipment Commission: 50% of profit on hardware sold 3. Residual Income: 10% of the customer's monthly bill for 12 months Example deal — 30-room hotel at $250/month with $2,000 in equipment: • $250 service commission (paid within 15 days of first invoice) • 50% of equipment profit (varies by product mix) • $25/month residual for 12 months = $300 over the year • Guaranteed minimum from this one deal: $550+ before equipment profit share The residual compounds. Close 4 deals per month at an average $200/month service rate and by month 12 you're earning roughly $960/month in passive residual income — on top of your per-deal commissions. No caps. No quotas.
