Indirect Procurement & Purchasing Specialist

You will make a difference by:

• Supporting the end-to-end purchasing process, from requirements and sourcing to Purchase Order follow-up.
• Obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations, supporting negotiations and supplier selection.
• Creating and managing Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders and ensuring purchasing processes are followed correctly.
• Monitoring orders and deliveries, proactively expediting when necessary.
• Supporting supplier setup and master data updates.
• Managing invoice discrepancies and supporting GR/IR and payment-related issues.
• Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining reports and providing visibility on purchasing activities.
  
  

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Experience with sourcing, supplier quotations, Purchase Orders and order follow-up.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An organized and proactive mindset, comfortable working with multiple priorities.
  
  

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience purchasing indirect materials and services, such as MRO, tools, PPE, office supplies or small services.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
