We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and filing of individual tax returns Develop tax planning strategies to maximize client savings Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations Provide expert advice on complex tax issues and regulations Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service Review and mentor junior tax staff and associates Stay updated on tax legislation and changes Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax strategies into overall financial plans Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in individual tax planning and compliance Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in managing client relationships
