Outreach is hiring a full-time Individual, Youth & Family Therapist at Outreach Counseling Center York to provide individual, youth, couples, and family therapy. Responsibilities The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will maintain a full-time caseload of 22 to 25 clients. The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will provide some or all of the following based on client need: individual, youth, family, and couples counseling. This will include assessment, treatment and termination, and coordination of services. The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will work with the clinical team to initiate and maintain community relationships related to counseling services. The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will participate in team meetings, clinical training, and other agency activities. The Individual, Youth & Family Therapist will participate in the planning and improvement process at the agency to help improve the effectiveness of the counseling program and the agency as a whole. Schedule: Monday – Friday, with at least 2 evenings per week. Possibility to work condensed Monday – Thursday schedule. Average of 40 hours per week. Requirements Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. LCPC/LCSW/LMFT Licensure is required. Animal Assisted Psychotherapy is a plus (CAAP Licensure). Ability to engage clients, complete assessments and treatment plans, and carry out strategic interventions. Ability to navigate the larger mental health and social services delivery systems. Sensitivity to the needs of a low-income, culturally diverse population. Experience in community mental health preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. A valid driver's license and ability to drive to and from service and meeting locations is preferred.
