Role Description The Indonesia Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract-based role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Indonesia. Day-to-day activities include promoting Lingua Learn’s online language services locally, managing the franchised e-commerce platform, and overseeing client acquisition and retention for individual learners and corporate clients. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement marketing campaigns, manage operations, and ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with Lingua Learn standards. Responsibilities also involve recruiting and coordinating teachers within the network, monitoring performance through data and feedback, and adapting offerings to suit local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, partners, and teaching staff in a clear and professional manner.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, evaluate performance data, and identify opportunities for growth in Indonesia.
• Writing skills for preparing proposals, local marketing content, and professional correspondence.
• Training experience or the ability to coordinate training activities for staff and clients in line with Lingua Learn’s academic standards.
• Proven experience in business development, franchise management, education services, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with strong cultural awareness of the local market.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of building or scaling a business preferred.
