- Contribute to the identification, assessment and mitigation planning of technical, quality and supply chain risks, supporting fact‑based recommendations to management and Corporate Business Development.
- Actively support and coordinate, within the Industrial Operations Department, the drafting of transaction‑related documents (e.g. License Agreements, Commercial Supply Agreements, …) and contribute to negotiation activities, ensuring consistency between deal terms and industrial feasibility
- Assess feasibility and risks associated with timelines, costs, capacity and operational commitments embedded in deal terms, highlighting potential constraints and mitigation actions
- Support the initial integration phase following acquisition or deal closing, coordinating the execution of planned industrial and Technical Operations activities to ensure a smooth transition of the acquired or in‑licensed asset into the company’s portfolio
- Monitor and track progress against integration milestones, identifying technical, scientific or operational roadblocks and escalating issues as appropriate
