Industrial Project Engineer

The role of Industrial Project Engineer is based in our C-Power business Group in Pitesti, Romania. Responsibilities: Lead industrialization activities from project kick-off through SOP and ramp-up Define and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets Manage project industrial timelines, CAPEX budgets, and development resources Drive process risk assessments, PFMEA/FMEA, validation plans, and manufacturability reviews Coordinate equipment sourcing, commissioning, and industrial acceptance Lead prototype builds, production trials, and Run & Rate activities Manage engineering changes and support continuous process improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing plants Monitor industrial KPIs and provide regular project reporting Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent industrial experience Experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or industrial project management Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial methods Experience with project planning, CAPEX management, and budgeting Knowledge of PFMEA/FMEA, DFM/A, and problem-solving methodologies (8D) Understanding of production organization, quality, safety, and ergonomics Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Fluent English communication skills Leadership mindset, teamwork, and ability to work independently We offer: Meal vouchers: 45 RON/day Holiday bonuses for Easter, Christmas, and vacation Gift vouchers: Easter 300 RON, Christmas 300 RON, Children's Day 300 RON per child Private healthcare coverage through Regina Maria Transportation cost reimbursement in accordance with the company's internal policy Remote work opportunities and flexible working arrangements, aligned with company policies and business needs Additional annual leave based on seniority within the company At OPmobility, people truly matter.
