About the role

Healthcare and life sciences organizations run on contracts: provider and payer agreements, research partnerships, supplier and manufacturing relationships, rebates, and the regulatory obligations that come with them. As an Industry Advisor – Healthcare, you will help leading healthcare and life sciences organizations turn those contracts into measurable business results using Icertis Contract Intelligence and AI.

This is a hands-on advisory role. You will be the industry voice in strategic deals, sit across the table from senior executives, shape how Icertis goes to market in Healthcare, and influence the product itself. You will use AI every day, and you will learn our platform well enough to show it yourself.

What you will do

  • Advise executives on strategic deals: partner with Sales and Solution Advisory to lead executive discovery, workshops and presentations, and turn customer priorities into value cases, business cases and transformation roadmaps.

  • Build the Healthcare playbook: create reusable value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories and executive conversation guides.

  • Lead the industry conversation: develop points of view on industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging technology, and represent Icertis at conferences, webinars and executive briefings.

  • Build executive communities: create and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards and industry councils with senior leaders, partners and analysts.

  • Shape the product: bring customer and market insight to Product, Engineering and AI teams, and help build AI-enabled, industry-specific solutions.

  • Work AI-first: use AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis and content, apply sound judgment to its output, and share what works with your peers.

Where you will focus

You will cover healthcare and life sciences, with depth in areas such as providers, payers, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services and healthcare technology. Customer priorities include procurement and third-party risk, clinical and commercial supply chains, research partnerships, rebate management and revenue protection, regulatory compliance and auditability, and responsible AI adoption.

What you will bring

Required

  • 10+ years in healthcare or life sciences, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering or business transformation.

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare or life sciences business processes, operating models, regulation and market dynamics, and the range to support adjacent industries.

  • Experience advising senior leaders such as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, CPOs, Chief Compliance Officers, CFOs, COOs and clinical, commercial or supply chain executives.

  • A track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value.

  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and the business processes around contracting.

  • Practical, current use of AI in your day-to-day work.

  • Comfort learning and demonstrating enterprise software, plus strong consultative selling, facilitation and storytelling skills.

  • A bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CLM, legal tech, procurement tech or ERP transformation; building ROI models and value frameworks; or working with global system integrators, analysts and industry associations. An advanced degree or relevant professional qualification.

Why you will love it here

  • Real influence: shape strategic deals, the Healthcare go-to-market and the product roadmap.

  • Your industry, your voice: build your reputation through thought leadership, speaking and executive communities.

  • AI as a daily tool: work where AI is part of how the job gets done, not a side project.

  • Freedom to work remotely: work from anywhere in the US, with travel focused on customers and events that matter.

Compensation:

OTE: $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25)

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
