Industry Expert Partner – Sports Sector

About the Role Our Industry Experts Program connects Applaudo with decision-makers through warm, trusted introductions. As a Sports Industry Expert, you leverage your relationships across professional sports organizations, leagues, venues, and sports technology companies to open doors for Applaudo. You earn a commission on every deal closed from your introductions. This is a fully remote, independent contractor partnership, not a salaried position. Responsibilities: Identify and introduce qualified contacts from your sports industry network who could benefit from Applaudo's digital transformation services. Provide warm introductions to key decision-makers (VP level and above) at sports franchises, leagues, venues, media rights holders, and sports tech companies. Collaborate with Applaudo's sales team on target profiles and introduction strategy. Participate in periodic check-ins and activation campaigns. Share sports industry context and trends that help our team tailor their approach. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in leadership, advisory, or consulting roles within the sports industry. C-level, VP, Director, or senior consultant profile. Active network of decision-makers across professional sports organizations, collegiate athletics, sports media, or sports technology. Strong reputation and credibility within the sports ecosystem. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset. What You’ll Receive: Commission paid on every closed deal from your introduced contacts.
