We're looking for creative, relationship-driven students to join our Influencer Marketing Internship and gain hands-on experience in the creator-driven work that turns influence into measurable growth.
About the Internship
As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll do realistic influencer marketing work inspired by real companies: researching mock creators, drafting mock campaign briefs, planning mock seeding programs, and tracking mock content performance.
You'll learn how influencer marketers find the right creators, structure partnerships, and measure what creator content actually delivers โ discovery, outreach, negotiation, and performance.
Responsibilities
* Research mock creators and influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels).
* Build mock influencer lists segmented by niche, audience size, engagement, and content style.
* Draft mock outreach messages and collaboration pitches to creators.
* Draft mock campaign briefs with goals, deliverables, messaging, and timelines.
* Plan mock product seeding programs, including gifting logistics and follow-ups.
* Negotiate mock partnership terms and draft mock collaboration agreements.
* Track mock influencer content performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
* Build mock influencer campaign dashboards and KPI reports.
* Draft mock whitelisting and usage-rights plans for creator content.
* Draft mock affiliate links and UTM tracking setups for creator campaigns.
* Spot mock fake followers or inflated engagement and flag creator quality risks.
* Draft mock UGC repurposing plans for ads, email, and social channels.
* Build mock competitive benchmarking of rival influencer programs.
* Draft mock content usage and exclusivity terms for creator contracts.
* Prepare mock executive-ready presentations of campaign results and learnings.
* Use AI tools to draft briefs, analyze content, and generate campaign ideas.
Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
* Strong written communication โ you can write clear, persuasive outreach.
* Creative mindset with an eye for content that performs.
* Organized and reliable with deadlines and follow-ups.
* Social-media native โ you understand how creators and audiences behave.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Previous professional influencer marketing experience is not required.
