Job Description
Job Title: Influencer Marketing Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 to 9 Years
We are seeking a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Lead to develop and execute influencer outreach and collaboration strategies at a fintech company revolutionizing finance with an AI and data science-powered trading app and web platform.
As the Influencer Marketing Lead, your responsibilities would be:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers aligned to brand goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns: planning, content, execution, and analysis.
- Track performance and report ROI using analytics tools.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging Indian platforms.

- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficient in analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Creative with insights into Indian market trends and consumer behavior.
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment.
