Influencer Marketing Manager

Referent is AI-native legal practice management software for small law firms in the US and UK. Lawyers spend most of their day on admin work: filing emails, opening matters, chasing documents, tracking deadlines, preparing invoices. Our AI agents do that work and the lawyer approves it. We are in private beta, backed by the team behind AI Lawyer, and part of Google for Startups and NVIDIA Inception.

The role

You will build our influencer programme from zero. That means finding the lawyers, legal educators and lawtech creators our buyers already follow, pitching them, agreeing terms, and running the campaigns end to end.

This is a build role, not a maintain role. There is no existing creator list, no agency, no playbook to inherit.

What we need

• Hands-on influencer marketing experience with US or UK audiences. You have personally sourced creators, negotiated deals and run campaigns, not managed someone who did.
• A track record you can talk through in numbers: reach, cost per acquisition, what converted and what did not.
• Comfort working with a niche B2B audience. Our buyers are solo attorneys and firm owners, not consumers.
• English at professional level. All creator communication is in English.
• Self-directed. We are a small distributed team and nobody will be assigning you tasks daily.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, fintech or another regulated industry.
• Experience with B2B creators rather than lifestyle.
