Influencer Marketing Manager | Senior

What we're building BlancVPN is a privacy product used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide — and creators are one of our sharpest growth channels. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager | Senior who knows how to buy creator advertising across Russian-speaking and international markets: finding authors, channels, and agencies, negotiating placements, and making sure every integration has a clear creative angle and a measurable result. This is a hands-on role for someone who owns the whole thing — creator research, negotiation, creative testing, and performance analysis — without ever losing the thread between the first DM and the final report. What we're looking for Core Requirements - Fluent Russian and English ( B2+ ) - 4+ years buying advertising from creators, including in international markets - Case studies backed by real numbers — CAC, ROI, conversions, not just reach - Strong negotiation skills to secure better terms - Ability to create and test effective ad concepts - Independence : you can own the whole deal from creator search to post-analysis - Comfort planning a media-buying budget and owning its efficiency Nice-to-have - Experience promoting VPNs, mobile apps, or subscription products - Understanding of how VPN services are promoted in Russian-speaking and international markets - Experience with special projects, ambassadorships, or agency collaborations - An existing network of creators and agencies you can tap What you'll be doing Media Buying - Find creators and channels for paid placements across YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, other social platforms, and agencies - Analyze and vet creators and channels before each deal - Negotiate formats, timelines, pricing, discounts, and bonus placements - Create ad concepts with a copywriter or independently, and test different versions - Manage placements end to end: briefs, creative approvals, timelines, and agreement control Execution and Growth - Track campaign performance and post-placement results - Proactively look for new formats: special projects, ambassadorships, and agency collaborations - Monitor competitors: where they advertise, and which formats and offers they use - Plan the media-buying budget and own its efficiency What we offer 🌍 Work from anywhere — fully remote (except Russia, Belarus, China, Syria, Iran, Yemen, North Korea, and some other regions). 🗓️ Flexible 5-day week — start when it suits you; loosely aligned to CET . 💻 Full home-office setup — all the equipment you need, on us. 🌴 40 flexible paid days off + paid sick leave. ❤️ Benefits — VHI, wellness, language courses, mental health support and a referral program. 📈 Room to grow — annual development budget + in-person team meet-ups.
