As a Junior Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you will support the development and maintenance of relationships with our partners and participate in creating strategies that expand the reach and effectiveness of our marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships within the XTB partner program, focusing on long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Actively identify and pursue new partnership opportunities for marketing cooperation, expanding our reach within the financial services and influencer ecosystems.
Provide hands-on support to the Czech and Slovak Influencer & Partnership Managers in campaign execution, creator management, and driving local partnership growth across CZ & SK markets.
Lead the strategy and execution of finfluencer partnerships and affiliate programs with a focus on user acquisition and trading activity.
Track partner campaign performance, analyze partner network effectiveness, and provide regular reporting on results and KPIs.
Oversee the partner management system, verify billing accuracy, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative promotional formats, co-branded campaigns, and educational content that resonates with partners and their audiences.
Requirements:
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Czech / Slovakian (native) and English at minimum B2 level (mandatory)
University degree or study in final years (preferred fields: management, marketing, economics, finance)
Team-oriented approach and ability to build long-term relationships
Time management skills and excellent organizational abilities
Willingness to develop knowledge in the field of financial markets
An advantage is:
