Position Overview
DolFinContent is seeking an Influencer Talent Recruiter to support the continued expansion of the agency’s creator roster. This role focuses on identifying high-potential influencers, conducting professional outreach, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and developing strong relationships with prospective talent.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, confident in communication, and passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and recruit influencers and digital creators across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and emerging platforms
• Conduct professional outreach through social media, email, and other networking and outreach tools
• Communicate with prospective creators and guide them through the recruitment process
• Manage the onboarding process for new creators, including agreements, internal documentation, and profile setup
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with creators through consistent communication
• Maintain accurate internal databases, including talent rosters, creator profiles, and recruitment pipelines
• Research social media trends and identify emerging creators with strong growth potential
• Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to support roster growth and creator opportunities
• Track recruitment activity, outreach performance, and talent acquisition metrics
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and progress updates
• Support general talent operations and recruitment initiatives as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• Native or fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, recruiting, social media, or digital media
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and the creator economy
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, or outreach tools is preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, talent management, or influencer marketing is a plus
Compensation
• Base compensation of $1,000 USD per month
• Commission opportunities based on creators successfully recruited and onboarded
