Position Overview
DolFinContent is looking for a Talent Recruiter to help expand our roster of influencers and digital creators.
You will be responsible for discovering high-potential creators, conducting outreach, guiding creators through the recruitment and onboarding process, and helping build long-term relationships with the talent we represent.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, confident in communication, and genuinely interested in social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and recruit influencers and digital creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and emerging platforms
• Conduct professional outreach to prospective creators through social media, email, and other outreach channels
• Communicate with prospective talent and guide them through the recruitment process
• Conduct introductory calls with creators interested in representation
• Manage the onboarding process for newly signed creators, including agreements, internal documentation, and profile setup
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with creators
• Maintain accurate talent rosters, recruitment pipelines, creator profiles, and internal databases
• Research social media trends and identify emerging creators with strong growth potential
• Collaborate closely with our Talent and Sales teams
• Track outreach activity, recruitment performance, and talent acquisition metrics
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and progress updates
Skills & Qualifications
• Native or fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator culture
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, or outreach tools is preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media is a plus
Compensation
• $1,000 USD monthly base compensation
