Job Description We are looking for a Recruiter to own our talent acquisition pipeline across a rapidly growing portfolio of roles. You will source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates for digital marketing and operations positions — keeping hiring managers informed and the process moving without them having to chase. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Pipeline Building ●Proactively source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases, and professional networks ●Build and maintain active pipelines for current and anticipated roles ●Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm requirements, scorecards, and timelines ●Develop and maintain compelling job postings and outreach messaging tailored to each role Screening & Interview Coordination ●Screen CVs and conduct structured initial phone/video screens to assess qualification, motivation, and fit ●Coordinate skills assessments and ensure a consistent, structured interview process ●Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with clear status updates ●Coordinate reference and background checks in accordance with company policy Offer Management & Reporting ●Support offer preparation and approvals; manage offer presentation, negotiation support, and candidate closing ●Provide regular pipeline reports: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, stage conversion, and open role status ●Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and clear feedback at every stage ●Protect candidate data privacy and ensure compliance with fair hiring practices Requirements ● 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house) ●Experience recruiting for distributed or global teams across multiple time zones ●Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel sourcing strategies ●Experience using structured scorecards and competency-based interview frameworks ●Strong written English — job postings, outreach messages, and candidate communications ●Experience with an ATS (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent) ●Availability to work full-time in MST hours Nice to Have ●Background in recruiting for digital marketing or agency roles ●Experience reducing time-to-fill on hard-to-fill roles through improved sourcing or screening ●Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field Additional Information ●Remote role – open worldwide ●Full-time position (no freelance) ●Competitive salary based on experience ●Immediate start How to ApplySubmit your CV and any relevant work samples or portfolio links.
