Information Architect

We’re looking for an Information Architect to join us at Telia.

Do you enjoy turning complex business information into structures that everyone can understand and use?

I’m Åsa Boffardi, Head of Business Intelligence and at Telia Sweden B2B, we are looking for an Information Architect who will help create a shared view of our key business information across customer journeys, CRM, analytics, reporting and AI.

This is a business-focused architecture role, with significant influence across the B2B organization. You will work at the intersection of business, data and IT, defining common concepts and information models and helping teams adopt them across processes and solutions.

What you’ll do:

Your mission will be to help Telia Sweden B2B establish a shared understanding of our most important business information, such as customers, products, agreements and commercial performance, so that teams across business, analytics and IT work from the same definitions and structures. It is also a prerequisite for our work with AI, CRM and Martech-solutions.

• Create a structured information model and terminology that ensures one shared truth across the B2B organization.
• Create information transparency and enable data driven decision making.
• Consult with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment and prioritization across customer expectations, business needs and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to support implementation and integration.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You have strong business acumen and can create clarity in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a pragmatic problem-solver, comfortable taking ownership, challenging existing practices constructively, and balancing long‑term data integrity with short‑term business needs. You are a strong communicator with a drive to standardize, simplify, and drive change.

You must have:

• Several years of experience in information architecture, business information modelling, data governance, business architecture, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience Developing and optimising conceptual and business-level information models, definitions and terminology for key B2B information domains.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements on IT architecture and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both verbal and written).
