Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Geneva, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this position, the analyst will monitor and maintain IT systems, perform regular diagnostics, and identify areas for performance improvement. Daily tasks include providing technical support to end users, resolving incidents and service requests, and documenting solutions and procedures. The analyst will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with system upgrades and deployments, and help implement best practices for security and data integrity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to assess system performance, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with operating systems, networks, and common enterprise applications.
• Experience providing Technical Support and performing Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting processes, and providing clear guidance.
• Relevant education such as a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and ticketing systems is beneficial.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
