Information Technology Business Analyst (Japanese/Korean Speaker)

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support online medical claims and member enrolment solutions for Japan and Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and improve As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Prepare process maps, test scenarios, and UAT scripts.
• Support system testing, release planning, backlog prioritization, and deployment.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong requirements analysis, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical SQL query experience.
• Experience with UAT, user stories, and project delivery.
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
• Japanese or Korean language skills and international project experience are advantages.
