  • Maintain operations project status tracking and reporting, leveraging enterprise tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace) to organize workflows and prioritize task execution. Drive technical execution using basic project management solutions and engage directly with vendors and service providers.
  • Proactively identify user pain points, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate to recommend or build effective solutions.
  • Maintain a hands-on-keyboard approach to executing IT projects, building systems, and enabling productivity for highly technical cybersecurity staff.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience designing, administering, securing, and troubleshooting varied business IT environments.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to collaborate on sound technical decisions within a small operations team and explain those decisions in plain English.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
