Salary: Up to €80,000 + annual company bonus (10-15%)

The Opportunity

We're working with an established Irish IT managed services provider that is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the next phase of its growth. This is a leadership-level role with real influence, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a team of engineers and analysts, and build the standardised, scalable processes that will help the business deliver outstanding client service as it grows. It's ideal for someone with a strong drive for continuous improvement, great attention to detail and a track record of delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Manage, coach and develop a team of engineers and analysts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Implement and improve standardised operational procedures and processes
• Contribute to strategic planning as part of the leadership team
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, and drive operational improvements
• Ensure operations are aligned with company objectives as the business grows

About You

• Experience in an operations management with service delivery experience , ideally within an MSP, IT services or technical service environment
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to consistency and quality
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and a passion for continuous improvement
• Full right to work in Ireland (essential)
